We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented construction administrative coordinator to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates adaptability, and ensures consistent accuracy and efficiency in their work.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
Track project progress and deliverables using standardized tools
Monitor project schedules and address potential delays or risks proactively
Assist in preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and vendors
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes as needed
Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to the project
Resolve routine issues and escalate complex challenges to the project manager
Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or relevant role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
