We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented construction administrative coordinator to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates adaptability, and ensures consistent accuracy and efficiency in their work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Track project progress and deliverables using standardized tools
  • Monitor project schedules and address potential delays or risks proactively
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and vendors
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and capture meeting notes as needed
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing related to the project
  • Resolve routine issues and escalate complex challenges to the project manager
  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or relevant role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
