Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies, is looking for an experienced Construction Administration Assistant to join the Domaine team in Norwest. The Construction Administration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the construction team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient workflows, assisting with reporting, and providing general support to Site Managers, Construction Area Managers (CAMs), and the Building Manager.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
Track and coordinate compliance documentation, including Site Start Risk Assessments
Assist in preparing and submitting reports, permits, and regulatory documentation
Support monthly reporting and forecasting requirements for suppliers, including waterproofing, plumbing, and related trades
Update and maintain inspection results received from certifiers on a daily basis
Order and distribute construction-related supplies, including site locks and safety equipment
Assist in preparing site allocation reports and updating supervisor job allocations in ClickHome
Support the Building Manager and CAMs with data collation and reporting for construction performance
Complete Colour Appointments during absences
Act as the first point of contact for administrative queries from Site Managers and CAMs
Liaise with suppliers, councils, and regulatory bodies regarding administrative requirements
Distribute construction notices, site reports, and other important communications
Schedule and coordinate construction team meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting materials
Take and distribute meeting minutes and track agreed action items
Follow up on action items to support timely completion
Assist with coordination of construction‑related training sessions and team events
Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion of milestones
Support implementation of process improvements, system updates, or workflow changes within Construction
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience, preferably within the construction industry
Experience maintaining and updating construction documentation with accuracy and accessibility
Experience tracking/coordinating compliance documents, including Site Start Risk Assessments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements in the construction industry (advantageous)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Professional and adaptable, able to handle a fast-paced construction environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented mindset
Previous experience with construction documentation, compliance processes, and reporting will also be favourable
