Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in their search of a Construction Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist. Our client is well-established and consistently growing and looking for someone with strong AIA Billing experience from within the construction industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage billing operations for construction projects, including percent completion invoicing
  • Oversee the accurate processing of cash receipts and maintain detailed financial records
  • Handle commercial collections, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding balances
  • Collaborate with project managers to verify billing details and address discrepancies
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify and prioritize collection efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all accounts receivable processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports on billing and collection activities to senior management
  • Assist in streamlining accounts receivable procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collections
  • Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment issues promptly

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
  • Strong knowledge of construction billing processes, including percent completion invoicing
