Requirements

Ability to multi-task and work independently
Valid Class D Motor Vehicle License and vehicle required

Job Responsibility

Technical and administrative work coordinating the activities of the Conservation Commission
Enforcing federal, state and local conservation laws and regulations, including the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, Northborough’s Wetlands Bylaw and Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance Bylaw and associated regulations
Monitoring construction to ensure compliance with Orders of Conditions
Identifying non-compliance or violations and investigating complaints
Serving as staff liaison to the Open Space and Trails Committees
