Job Description:

Mace seeks an experienced Consents Lead (Town Planning / DCO), responsible for securing and/or assuring consents and approvals, including town planning and other development related approvals. The Consents Manager would also provide guidance for others within the PMO and planning centre of excellence and assigned hub as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing consents management across major projects, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation
  • Developing and implement consents strategies and plans to support project delivery
  • Providing expert guidance to project teams and stakeholders on approvals and requirements
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and drive collaboration for successful outcomes
  • Preparing and managing consents applications, ensuring timely approvals and compliance

Requirements:
