  • Provide timely feedback to DEC Engineering and DEC Design on project deliverables, including design documents, specifications, BOMs, system requirements, and other artifacts necessary for successful implementation by site delivery teams
  • Offer support and guidance to the project team during the scope of connectivity execution, including best practices, quality reviews, systems testing, and auditing
  • Monitor and report on the performance of both Meta-contracted and General Contractor-contracted telecom contractors and the General Contractor's performance for connectivity scope
  • Assist the site team in facilitating changes, including the addition of Tech Mods, system requirement changes, or business-requested changes
  • Review and approve contracts and change orders within signing authority, and review/advise on those above signing authority
  • Coordinate efforts with other Connectivity Integration Leads to ensure consistency and alignment of priorities and sharing Lessons Learned and Best Practices
  • Ensure the timely and appropriate resolution of issues across the sites
  • Oversee the onboarding of Connectivity Engineers and support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring decisions across the portfolio
  • Develop high-impact relationships with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and create a strategy across the portfolio
  • Request and provide fast feedback when appropriate to support the continuous improvement of projects, partners, and peers
