Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring the complete and accurate reporting of scientific activities and Product Promotion Activities to the Ministry of Health system (TITCK), tracking them, and managing all operations and processes related to the organization
  • Coordinating activity organizations for Company products
  • Managing operational processes for domestic and international meetings, congresses, and registration participation organizations
  • Preparing, approving, and following up on departmental contracts in collaboration with finance and legal teams
  • Collaborating with the Marketing and Medical departments to manage the documentation and approval process for planned organizations
  • Archiving all files and documents related to assigned tasks
  • Reviewing, entering into the system, and archiving KVKK (Personal Data Protection) and Value Transfer Forms shared by the field sales team
  • Managing organizational processes for all meetings the company plans to attend or organize, while proactively safeguarding the company’s budget and expenditure interests
  • Performing additional duties assigned by the manager or upper management when necessary
  • Executing all responsibilities in accordance with the procedures and principles outlined in the Regulation on Promotional Activities of Medicinal Products for Human Use and secondary legislation

Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience
  • Mandatory experience in the pharmaceutical industry and in a similar role
  • No restrictions on travel
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level
