Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conga Interface Expert to design, develop, and optimize integrations and user interfaces within the Conga (Apttus) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Conga Composer, Conga Contracts, Conga CLM, Conga Grid, and API-based integrations, with strong Salesforce understanding. This role will work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless document generation, contract lifecycle management, and data synchronization across platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement Conga interfaces, templates, and automated document-generation flows
  • Customize and configure Conga Composer, Conga Orchestrate, Conga CLM, and related tools
  • Build effective integrations between Conga and Salesforce or other enterprise applications
  • Develop dynamic templates using HTML, CSS, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel formats
  • Implement workflows, approval processes, and automation using Conga Orchestrate
  • Develop secure, scalable API integrations using REST/SOAP for external systems
  • Ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce objects and Conga components
  • Build complex Conga templates with conditional logic, queries, and formatting rules
  • Optimize user interfaces and end-user experience for document creation and contract workflows
  • Troubleshoot and enhance existing Conga templates, queries, and UI issues
  • Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions
  • Liaise with Salesforce admins, developers, and architects to align on platform strategy
  • Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training to end users and support teams
  • Perform unit testing, UAT support, and troubleshooting for Conga-related issues
  • Manage defect resolution, release activities, and deployment in Salesforce environments
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards

Requirements:

  • 4–8+ years of experience working with Conga (Apttus) applications
  • Strong hands-on expertise in: Conga Composer
  • Conga CLM / Contracts
  • Conga Orchestrate
  • Conga Grid
  • Conga Queries (CQ) and Templates
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Admin + Data Model)
  • Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and MS Office template logic
  • Experience integrating systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Admin or Developer certification(s)
  • Conga Composer/CLM certification (if applicable)
  • Experience in enterprise environments such as telecom, finance, healthcare, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD processes
