Job Responsibility:
Process conflict checks using conflict management tools to ensure compliance and accuracy
Enter and manage data within the conflict resolution system, maintaining high standards of quality control
Review and proof documents for errors, ensuring precision in administrative tasks
Provide support for paper file management and organization as needed, ensuring proper documentation and storage
Collaborate with team members to address complex conflict issues and provide solutions
Requirements:
Previous experience in conflict checking or legal administrative roles is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents accurately
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with conflict resolution tools
