Our client, a leading National Law Firm, is actively seeking a Conflicts Analyst or a Conflicts Manager to support their growing practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Comprehensive Due Diligence: Perform in-depth research on prospective clients and corporate affiliates to identify potential legal, ethical, or commercial conflicts of interest
  • Database Stewardship: Oversee the integrity and maintenance of the firm’s conflicts database, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily searchable
  • Risk Mitigation & Ethical Walling: Design and implement robust information barriers ("ethical walls") to protect client confidentiality and monitor firm-wide compliance with these protocols
  • Internal Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing timely and accurate guidance to attorneys and staff on complex conflicts inquiries and firm policies
  • Attorney Onboarding: Lead the integration of new legal hires by providing comprehensive briefings on the firm’s conflicts systems, search protocols, and ethical standards
  • Systems Innovation: Proactively evaluate and recommend emerging legal technology and software solutions to automate workflows and enhance the speed of the conflicts clearance process

Requirements:
