Job Description:

Manager of Configuration responsible for providing leadership and operational oversight for a team of coders supporting benefit plan administration at CVS Health, a leading health solutions company.

Job Responsibility:

Providing leadership and operational oversight for a team of coders supporting benefit plan administration
Plan, direct, supervise, and help evaluate workflow
Oversee work activities to achieve service level goals, quality and productivity
Recommending operational improvements both strategically and in day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures
Actively managing performance of staff members according to established Key Performance standards
Developing a culture of collaboration and accountability

Requirements:

Three or more years knowledge and/or experience with Client operations in a PBM environment
Proven Leadership skills via projects or interaction with team
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application – project management and Visio is a plus
Verbal and written communication skills
Resolving issues, driving results and meeting assignment deliverables
Case management, strong organizational and time management abilities
Microsoft Office applications
Take lead on assignments, projects, and enhancements
High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Nice to have:

Understand client contracts, performance guarantees, etc.
Understanding of RxClaim and Salesfource.com
Equivalent Experience
