Arete is seeking an experienced Configuration Management Engineer to support and lead document control processes across the full product lifecycle—from development through sustainment and end-of-life. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated. We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who is both a self-starter and a strong collaborator. The ideal candidate will excel at building relationships, communicating effectively, and working across functional teams in a matrixed development environment. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent and accurate configuration control in alignment with SAE EIA-649 standards and Arete’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System. The successful candidate will be process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset to review, streamline, and standardize practices in line with industry best standards.This is a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory position based in Tucson, AZ.
