Configuration Management Engineer

NP Aerospace is looking for help to manage the integrity, consistency, and lifecycle of NPA’s product configuration as it evolves through the development process to production and support. The ideal candidate will also have experience in mechanical design so that they can tackle design tasks when their CM duties permit. As the Configuration Management Engineer with NP Aerospace’s Canadian Engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in developing, producing, and implementing advanced protective products for a range of clients. In this new role, you’ll contribute to the development of cutting-edge protection systems used by Canada’s Military, your work will directly support those who protect and serve our country. As part of our growing Canadian team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design processes and workflows that will enable the engineering group to efficiently release and control technical data packages, reviewing and approving drawings and engineering change documentation, and supporting initiatives for process improvement and automation.
