  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a sharp eye for data quality frameworks and lifecycle management
  • ITIL Foundation 4 certification or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-DF) credentials are highly regarded
  • 4 years experience

  • Perform physical audits on configuration items, document findings, and develop and deploy necessary corrective actions
  • Control, analyze, and update HW and SW baseline artifacts as the result of audits
  • Maintain revision and version control over multiple baselines being worked and/or fielded simultaneously
