Job Description:

We’re looking for a Configuration Analyst to join an established Insurtech with exciting structured growth plans for 2026. This role sits within the Product Delivery / Implementation team and focuses on configuring insurance products, rules and workflows for live clients, delivering first class cloud-hosted Insurance distribution, underwriting and policy administration solutions to MGAs, Brokers & Carriers. This could be an excellent opportunity for an Underwriter or Junior Underwriter with a technical aptitude, to receive exceptional platform training and support to build a new focus to their Insurance career.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configuring insurance products, rating rules, workflows and documentation within the platform
  • Implementing new clients and deliver product changes for existing customers
  • Translating functional specifications into system configuration and rules
  • Troubleshooting configuration issues and support UAT and go-live activities
  • Collaborating with BAs, developers and client stakeholders during delivery cycles
  • Maintaining configuration documentation and support controlled change management

Requirements:

  • At senior level, we are looking for a candidate experienced in configuring insurance software platforms (or potentially this could suit an Underwriting candidate looking for a more technically focused Insurance career)
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, underwriting and distribution processes
  • Ability to interpret requirements and deliver accurate system changes
  • Strong attention to detail and clear stakeholder communication skills
  • Living within easy access to London area for one hybrid office-based day per week
