Job Description:

This role is integral to our operations and involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Genesys platform to meet business needs. The role also encompasses working with Pindrop and Shelf.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configuring and maintaining solutions such as the IVR, routing and call flows within the Genesys environment to enhance customer interactions
  • Collaborating closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement them
  • Identifying and resolving system issues and bugs
  • Managing user roles, permissions, and profiles within Genesys
  • Assisting in system upgrades, testing, and deployment
  • Contributing to sprint capacity in Agile Scrum Team to support ongoing changes and align with organizational priorities
  • Assisting in the research, analysis, and resolution of moderate to sophisticated production issues experienced by business partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Configuration Analyst or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Genesys and Genesys SIP is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Configuration Management is required
  • Demonstrable experience with IP Routing is necessary
  • Hands-on experience with IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems is a must
  • Familiarity with Annuities is expected
  • Proficiency in MySQL is required
  • Experience with MySQL PostgreSQL is a significant advantage
