The Conference Services Manager serves as the primary liaison for group clients following contract turnover and is responsible for planning and executing meetings, incentive programs, and special events. This role partners closely with Sales and operational teams to ensure seamless program delivery, protect revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibility
Lead planning and execution of group programs from contract turnover through departure
Serve as the primary contact for meeting planners and group clients throughout the planning process
Coordinate program requirements across Sales, Banquets, Culinary, Rooms, Finance, AV, and Resort Operations
Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event details, and operational timelines
Facilitate pre-conference and resume meetings to align departments and ensure successful execution
Support billing review and financial accuracy in partnership with Finance
Anticipate challenges and proactively communicate solutions to deliver a seamless experience
Build strong client relationships to support satisfaction and repeat business
Maintain Four Seasons service standards and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution
Requirements
2+ years of Conference Services, Catering, Events, Hotel Operations, or related hospitality experience preferred
Luxury hospitality experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Working knowledge of Delphi, Opera, Microsoft Office, and related systems preferred
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
