The Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is looking for a Conference Service Executive/Manager. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Catering Team the Conference Service Executive/Manager, works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience and provide leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Booking catering events for the hotel
  • Oversee all aspects of client liaison
  • Build new client relationships within the marketplace on a continuous basis
  • Deal with group business and private individual clients
  • Responsible for all stages of events, including planning all details
  • Manage client requirements to ensure that events run smoothly
  • Issue BEOs
  • Collect payment
  • Keep accounts in order for a seamless follow up after all events

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Solid knowledge of food and beverage
  • Evidence of strong business acumen
  • Proven track record displaying creativity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must speak, read and write Thai

  • Firm knowledge of the area
  • Extremely organized
  • Able to multi task
  • Previous pre-opening experience is a plus
  • Valid work authorization for Thailand
