We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Conference & Events Sales Manager to lead sales at Easter Road Stadium, home to Hibernian FC and a standout destination for corporate events, private functions, and community gatherings. This is a proactive, relationship-focused role where you’ll take ownership of driving new business, converting enquiries, and positioning the stadium as a go-to venue in the Edinburgh events market.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively generating new business through outreach, networking, and market activity
Managing and converting inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
Hosting venue tours and delivering compelling client presentations
Building strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, local businesses, and community groups
Representing the venue at industry events and networking opportunities
Managing the sales pipeline through CRM and reporting on performance
Collaborating with operations and catering teams to deliver seamless events
Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in venue, hotel, or events sales
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Confidence in presenting, pitching, and communicating with a range of clients
A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for winning new business
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A positive, energetic approach with a creative mindset for generating opportunities
