Job Description

The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a successful charity which provides membership services to serving & retired members of the UK Armed Forces, NATO, Commonwealth, and their families. The Club, which is close to Marble Arch, has 200 bedrooms, extensive dining facilities, and seven Event Rooms which are available for Club members. Our Event Rooms are hired to generate revenue for the charity. The Club operates a number of schemes to provide free breaks for serving members of the Armed Forces. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Supervisor for our busy Food & Beverage Department.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Conference & Banqueting section within our food & Beverage Department
  • Lead the Food & Beverage Assistants to ensure all club standards and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service are delivered to our guests

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Organised, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about delivering high standards of service
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Nice to have

Experience within a members’ club or similar hospitality environment is desirable
