Job Responsibility

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium properties
  • Act as the primary liaison between Condominium Boards, residents, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare for and attend Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and owner meetings
  • Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, governing documents, and applicable legislation
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor performance
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address operational concerns proactively
  • Assist with budget preparation, financial reviews, reserve fund planning, and monthly reporting
  • Monitor arrears, compliance matters, and resident relations issues
  • Review and negotiate service contracts as required
  • Provide exceptional customer service while fostering strong community relationships

Requirements

  • CMRAO General Licence required
  • 5+ years of condominium management experience
  • Strong understanding of condominium governance and legislation
  • Experience working directly with Condominium Boards
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle

Nice to have

RCM designation considered a strong asset
