Job Responsibility
Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned condominium properties
Act as the primary liaison between Condominium Boards, residents, vendors, and stakeholders
Prepare for and attend Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and owner meetings
Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, governing documents, and applicable legislation
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor performance
Conduct regular site inspections and address operational concerns proactively
Assist with budget preparation, financial reviews, reserve fund planning, and monthly reporting
Monitor arrears, compliance matters, and resident relations issues
Review and negotiate service contracts as required
Provide exceptional customer service while fostering strong community relationships
Requirements
CMRAO General Licence required
5+ years of condominium management experience
Strong understanding of condominium governance and legislation
Experience working directly with Condominium Boards
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Nice to have
RCM designation considered a strong asset
