Analyzes condition monitoring data (S·O·SSM, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history) and provides relevant recommendations for the customer as indicated by the data

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze condition monitoring data (e.g. S·O·S, inspections, electronic data, site conditions, equipment history)
  • Provide equipment and/or operation recommendations to customer-facing Dealer representatives derived from condition monitoring data
  • Build collaborative relationships with other condition monitoring personnel (e.g., S·O·S Interpreter) and customer-facing Dealer representatives
  • Use software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access) to analyze condition monitoring data
  • Provide information for condition monitoring lead tracking and resolution
  • Prepare written reports and recommendations as required by the Dealership
  • Communicate verbal recommendations as required by the Dealer

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 - 8 years
  • Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in related fields
  • Field/Trouble shooting experience (Service Engineer) in Machine, Automobile and Construction Industries would be an added advantage
