Job Description:

As our new Condition Assessor, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping the future of the Northern Territory. This isn’t just an office job — it’s an opportunity to get out into the field, travel across the Territory, and see some of Australia’s most iconic locations while making a real difference to communities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Completing condition assessments on a wide range of assets - from health centers to schools, police stations, national park infrastructure and more
  • Travelling right across the NT, from Darwin’s urban hubs to remote communities in every corner of the Territory
  • Identifying building service elements such as HVAC, electrical systems and hydraulics
  • Pinpointing safety issues to ensure the ongoing wellbeing of local communities
  • Forging a career in asset management with clear pathways into leadership and project management once you’ve mastered inspections

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Initiative, ownership and a flexible mindset
  • Experience in construction, asset management or remote work would be great but it’s not essential
