Job Responsibility

  • Carry out a range of concrete testing activities, including cover meter surveys, half-cell potential testing, resistivity, carbonation and chloride testing, and coring
  • Record, interpret and analyse test results, producing clear and accurate technical reports
  • Ensure all testing is carried out in line with relevant standards, specifications and project requirements
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and internal project teams to plan works and resolve concrete-related queries on site
  • Work collaboratively with wider inspection teams and assist with other inspection activities during periods of low concrete testing demand

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards
  • Proven experience in concrete testing within a construction environment
  • Familiarity with relevant testing standards and regulations
  • Be prepared to travel and work nationwide
  • Full UK Driving license
