  • Manage and schedule excavation, sediment control, slab works, drainage installation, and spoil removal
  • Coordinate trades and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
  • Arrange inspections with certifiers and engineers for slab and drainage stages
  • Ensure levels of the slab are within tolerance and rectify any discrepancies promptly
  • Oversee site setup, ensuring compliance with sediment and erosion controls
  • Monitor and manage site access for trades and deliveries
  • Organise plumbers for drainage and ensure proper installation and testing
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Estimating, Engineering, and Permits, to resolve early-stage issues
  • Coordinate with external certifiers and engineers for required inspections

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in residential construction site supervision, preferably with concrete and early-stage works
  • Experience managing trades and suppliers across slab and drainage stages
  • Strong track record of on-time delivery of slab and drainage milestones
  • Knowledge of residential slab construction, drainage, and site preparation
  • Understanding of building codes, engineering reports, and QA requirements for concrete stages
  • Familiarity with ClickHome or similar project management software
  • Awareness of environmental and HSE compliance related to sediment and erosion control
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communicator with customers, trades, and internal teams
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced construction environment
  • Collaborative and team-focused, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

What we offer
