Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Plant Supervisor at our Cheltenham Plant. We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on person to join our team and as a Supervisor you’ll have the autonomy to run your own site. You’ll play a key part in our concrete production within the area, keeping the site running smoothly to meet the needs of our local customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Batching concrete
  • Ensuring the site is kept clean, tidy and safe
  • Liaising regularly with distribution teams and hauliers to ensure meeting customers needs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or environment such as asphalt, aggregates, concrete, cement, quarrying or mining
  • Hardworking, reliable, and professional individual, with good communication skills
  • Experience of working in an environment where Health and Safety is paramount

Nice to have:

NVQ Wheeled Loading Shovel licence is desirable
