Job Description

We are urgently seeking experienced, high-calibre Concrete Finishers for a secure, major long-term project based in Alnwick. This is a brilliant opportunity to secure steady, ongoing work on a highly prestigious site offering competitive rates and excellent longevity.

Job Responsibility

  • Laying, pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces for slabs, pathways, and structural foundations
  • Utilizing a variety of hand and power tools, including hand floats, screeds, and power trowels, to achieve high-spec finishes (tamped, brush, or power-floated finishes)
  • Inspecting forms and checking concrete consistency during pours
  • Working effectively alongside the groundworks and reinforcement gangs to meet tight project specifications

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled card preferred)
  • Proven, solid experience as a Concrete Finisher on commercial, industrial, or civils frameworks
  • Your own full PPE and specialist finishing hand tools
  • Clean background: Clean criminal record and the ability to provide verifiable ID and address history to pass strict security vetting
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and an excellent eye for detail
