Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, switched-on Plant Operator / Batcher to join a fast-paced concrete plant. This is a dual-responsibility role where you will split your time between operating the batching computer and jumping into the front-end loader. If you are a motivated operator who wants a stable career with an industry giant, we want to hear from you today.

Job Responsibility

  • Operating computerized batching software to mix concrete to exact specifications
  • Utilizing a front-end loader to shift aggregates and keep the plant hoppers fully fed and operational
  • Performing basic mechanical upkeep, daily pre-starts, and keeping the site clean and safe
  • Assisting with truck sequencing and ensuring drivers are loaded safely and efficiently

Requirements

  • Loader Ticket (LL) + Proven Experience
  • White Card: Current Construction Induction Card
  • Physical Fitness
  • Medical & Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical and a clear drug/alcohol screening
  • Reliability: Early morning starts are standard in concrete. You must have your own reliable transport.

Nice to have

Prior concrete batching experience is highly regarded, but full software training will be provided for candidates with the right loader experience and attitude!
