Are you a local legend with a knack for multitasking? We are looking for a reliable, switched-on Concrete Batcher to join our Toowoomba team. This is a temp-to-perm position for someone who wants stability, high hours, and a 'get it done' attitude. The Role: This isn't just a desk job, and it's not just a laboring job—it's the best of both. You'll be the heartbeat of the yard, ensuring the right mix gets to the right site at the right time. Your day-to-day will involve: Operations & Tech: Batching concrete, data entry, and managing truck allocations. Customer Service: Taking orders over the phone and chatting with drivers and clients. Getting Stuck In: We operate as one team. When things slow down, we all jump out of the office to help with hosing, shoveling, and basic plant maintenance.
