Job Responsibility:
Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that reflects our coastal luxury brand
Curate personalized itineraries including dining, recreation, excursions, and special experiences
Anticipate needs before they're expressed — delivering thoughtful, seamless service at every touchpoint
Coordinate reservations, transportation, and unique experiences both on and off property
Partner across departments to ensure every detail of the guest journey is flawlessly executed
Turn challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations and create lasting impressions
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field is preferred
Must have a valid driver's license, motor vehicle background check will be completed
Prior experience in a luxury resort or a related field preferred
Previous experience in guest facing or customer service positions
Multilingual abilities preferred
Flexible schedule required, will be required to work weekends and/or holidays
