Concierge

• Responding to a wide range of guest requests, accurately assessing individual needs and adding thoughtful personal recommendations to enhance the guest journey
• Creating memorable experiences while upholding the service standards, values, and policies of Four Seasons
• Adapting to the evolving needs of the Front Office and Guest Services operation
• Thriving in a fast paced, luxury environment that demands discretion, adaptability, and exceptional attention to detail

• Proven experience working as a Concierge within a five star luxury hotel environment
• Current membership of Les Clefs d’Or is required
• Advanced and up to date knowledge of London, including restaurants, arts, culture, events, and wider UK destinations
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
• A flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts as required to ensure full Concierge coverage
• The legal right to work in the UK is required

Additional languages are advantageous but not essential
