Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a Dynamic and Engaging Concierge to join their guest services team. Ideal candidates will enjoy juggling a wide variety of guest requests while creating a warm and genuine experience for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Have an eye for detail and organization
Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
Two years of food service or related work in a luxury atmosphere
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Must be flexible with schedule – Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening/overnights if needed
Strong knowledge of the Washington DC area
Two to three years of previous Rooms Division experience
Active member of “Les Clefs d'Or” is required
