We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Concierge to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for employees and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects top-tier service. This is a Contract position where your ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and grace will be highly valued.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm and welcoming environment for employees, guests, and visitors at the front desk
Coordinate conference room bookings and oversee setup and breakdown for meetings and events
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of lobby and front desk areas
Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues related to building operations, including janitorial services, mailroom management, and equipment maintenance
Act as a central information resource for building, campus, and area-related inquiries
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support
Handle client concerns and anticipate their needs to ensure satisfaction
Assist with event planning, execution, and follow-up as needed
Communicate effectively with all levels of management, ensuring smooth operations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant computer applications
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Familiarity with conference room setups, mailroom operations, and concierge services
Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours events
