Job Description:

Join our team at Gatwick Airport as a Concierge, you will be working as a member of the Concierge team, you will effectively lead on a day-to-day basis the operation and management of the employees assigned to the shift following operational, quality, legislative and Company guidelines. To ensure customers receive a positive, safe and enhancing experience whilst at Gatwick Airport.

Job Responsibility:

  • To communicate effectively between management and the teams on company, operational and training issues
  • Ensure Customer Care Agents are properly equipped with uniform and operational equipment escalating issues to OPM as appropriate
  • To initiate disciplinary action within the levels permitted in accordance with the procedure or recommend further action where appropriate
  • Report to operational management all information relevant to the provision of the service
  • Perform any other duties which may be reasonably required by your line manager or the company
  • Have comprehensive knowledge and understanding of SLA's
  • To support the operation where needed, including Buggy driving and other CCA duties, as directed by management team
  • Rotate between LS/AS duties and between Terminals, based on the need of the operation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/Customer care environment
  • Excellent communication skills with an empathic nature
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
