Requirements
Prior experience in hospitality, catering coordination, concierge services, reception, or a similar customer-facing role
Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver a high-touch guest experience
Comfortable managing vendor relationships, catering logistics, and event-related service details
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and email communication in a detail-oriented office setting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with sound judgment when responding to guests and employees
Ability to stay organized while handling meeting reservations, visitor coordination, and multiple daily priorities
Detail-oriented presence with a dependable, service-oriented approach and close attention to detail
