Concierge

• Respond to requests from Residence owners regarding visitor information, special services, and arrangements
• Collect and provide information about the property and surrounding area to Residence owners and their guests
• Announce all visitors and contractors to Residence owners before allowing access, ensuring only authorized visitors are permitted
• Process all calls, messages, requests, and concerns in a timely manner
• Contact appropriate departments to resolve requests or issues as needed
• Assist with reservation services for owners and help book elevators for move-ins and move-outs
• Support valet services when owners request their vehicles
• Perform lobby ambassador duties and document relevant information in logs
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to a manager and complete safety training and certifications
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
• Must have the ability to communicate in English
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
• Can communicate well with guests
• Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player
• Finger/hand dexterity in order to operate food machinery
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 100 lbs. on a continuous schedule

Experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
