Job Description:

Concierge position at The Ritz-Carlton New York NoMad, responsible for responding to guest requests, providing information about property amenities, handling guest communications, and ensuring exceptional luxury service delivery according to The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest issues
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
