Job Responsibility

  • Manage a wide range of hospitality and convenience services to residents, residents’ families, and caregivers
  • Actively participate with the community’s management team in developing plans for hospitality services
  • Have an active role in community functions by assisting in the planning, set up and delivery of service to residents

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a network of providers and services
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with seniors is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and internet skills
  • Must demonstrate a warm, engaging and patient manner
