We are looking for a detail-oriented Concierge to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract position requiring exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong background in hospitality or front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will focus on creating a welcoming environment, supporting events, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the worksite
Assist with event planning, setup, and breakdown, including conference room arrangements
Collaborate with the site lead to coordinate various events and activities
Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor while communicating effectively in person and in writing
Proactively organize and plan tasks to ensure smooth operations
Foster a team-oriented environment, demonstrating friendliness and approachability
Provide concierge services with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Support front-of-house operations, leveraging hospitality expertise to enhance the client experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in hospitality or front-of-house roles, preferably within a hotel setting
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and take initiative when needed
Attention to detail in appearance and demeanor, suitable for high-level client interactions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively
Team-oriented attitude, with a friendly and approachable personality
Previous experience in event coordination and customer service is highly desirable
