Respond to a wide variety of guest requests with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism. Assess guest needs accurately, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure maximum guest satisfaction while upholding Four Seasons standards.
Job Responsibility:
Handle all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, local attractions, directions, and events
Process incoming/outgoing packages, mail, messages, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurants, museums, theater, attractions, transportation, and city activities
build strong relationships with local vendors
Utilize Golden and internal systems to optimize guest recognition and satisfaction
Support problem resolution by gathering guest feedback and proactively addressing issues
Maintain harmonious working relationships and comply with Four Seasons’ conduct standards
Assist with any additional duties assigned by Chief Concierge or Director of Rooms
Seek opportunities to upsell room categories, spa, F&B, and hotel activities.
Requirements:
High school education or equivalent experience
1–2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent problem‑solving and guest‑service mindset
Working knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSos etc.)
Ability to operate office equipment (fax, scanner, copier, etc.)
Ability to read, write, and speak English and Japanese (other languages a plus)
Flexible schedule to meet operational demands
Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in Japan
Business‑level communication in English and Japanese required.
