The Concierge plays a pivotal role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing personalized, knowledgeable, and intuitive service. This position represents the heart of the hotel’s connection to the destination, supporting guests with recommendations, arrangements, and bespoke experiences while consistently upholding Four Seasons standards of luxury, professionalism, and genuine care.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver a warm, attentive, and personalized guest experience at all times
Assist guests with information, recommendations, and arrangements related to dining, transportation, entertainment, cultural experiences, and local attractions
Create tailored itineraries and unique experiences that reflect guests’ preferences and expectations
Manage reservations and bookings for restaurants, events, tours, and services, both within the hotel and externally
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and service providers
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions and enhancements
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency
Ensure accurate tracking and follow‑up of guest requests and special arrangements
Maintain a polished Concierge desk and up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local offerings
Support service recovery and resolve guest concerns in line with Four Seasons standards
Foster a collaborative, service‑driven environment within the Front Office team
Requirements:
Previous experience of 1-2 years in Concierge, Front Office, or guest services, ideally within luxury hospitality
Strong knowledge and passion for the local destination, culture, dining, and experiences
Fluency in English and Italian

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
