Job Description

As the Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face and trusted resource for our residents. You’ll ensure they feel at home by providing outstanding service and assisting with a variety of needs. Every night will bring new experiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet residents with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Assist with inquiries about local attractions, transportation, dining, and services
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide timely, accurate information
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, business, and dining activities
  • Assist with service requests, such as medical referrals, childcare, and florists
  • Assist residents with food and beverage deliveries and ensure secure handling of packages
  • Address concerns with professionalism, conducting thorough research to find the best solutions
  • Work closely with Security to monitor the lobby, maintain a vigilant presence, and ensure a safe environment
  • Follow HOA and Pyramid Hotel Group guidelines for professional conduct, grooming, and attendance

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a concierge or front desk associate is required
  • Computer skills will be needed as the concierge will need to check email amongst other systems, each shift
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • A neat, polished appearance and a friendly, proactive attitude
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • Willingness to work varying schedules to meet business needs

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with BuildingLink is preferred but not required
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • CPR and/or First Aid training is preferred but not required
