Job Description:

The Concierge at The Westin Bora Bora Resort & Spa is responsible for responding to guest requests, providing information about the property and surrounding area, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The role involves maintaining professional standards, developing positive working relationships, and complying with quality assurance expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
