The Concierge serves as a knowledgeable and resourceful ambassador of the Dellshire Resort, providing guests with personalized assistance, local insights, and exceptional service to enhance their stay. This position ensures guests receive accurate information, tailored recommendations, and seamless coordination for reservations, transportation, and special requests. The Concierge plays an essential role in delivering Dellshire’s signature hospitality by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences from arrival to departure.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome and engage with guests in a warm, professional, and proactive manner
Provide detailed information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural activities
Coordinate reservations for restaurants, transportation, spa services, tours, and entertainment on behalf of guests
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of resort amenities, events, and promotions
Anticipate guest needs by offering personalized service and thoughtful touches throughout their stay
Handle and follow up on guest requests, deliveries, and special arrangements efficiently and confidentially
Maintain organized guest records, logs, and documentation for follow-up and service continuity
Develop and maintain professional relationships with local businesses, vendors, and tourism partners to provide exceptional service options
Collaborate with the Front Desk, Bell, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all guest interactions
Assist with VIP and group guest arrangements as directed by management
Promote Dellshire Resort’s values of hospitality, integrity, and excellence through every interaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
degree or coursework in Hospitality or Tourism preferred
Minimum 1–2 years of guest service, concierge, or front office experience in a full-service hotel or resort
Strong knowledge of local area attractions, events, and culture
Exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Professional appearance and demeanor with a genuine passion for service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by resort operations
