Job Description:

Concierge position at The Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Dalian, responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling special requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest issues
Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
