Job Description:

Concierge position at Delta Hotels Riviera Nayarit An All-Inclusive Resort, responsible for responding to guest requests, providing information about property amenities, processing guest communications, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Provide information to guests about property and surrounding area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
