Concierge

• Accommodating guest requests, processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
• Assisting in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
• Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay, all while providing exceptional above and beyond service!

• Previous concierge experience and great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions
• Must have excellent English communication skills and be able to multitask
• Computer literacy and proficiency are necessary including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn proprietary applications at work
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
• Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

Language skills are a plus as well as a flexible schedule.
