This key guest service role responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
Job Responsibility:
Assure desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
Knows what activities are available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
Resolves customer complaints
Assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
Stores and retrieves guest luggage and packages
Utilizes software programs to input special arrangements and assure proper billing
Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail
Requirements:
Minimum of two years’ experience in hotel concierge
Above average communication skills - both written and oral
Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
Ability to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
Above-average multi-tasking skills
Nice to have:
Luxury environment experience
Degree in hospitality or similar
Bilingual
Prior experience in a luxury hotel/environment
