Job Description:

Concierge agents at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Accommodating guest requests
Processing packages, faxes, messages, emails and mail
Assisting in other Guest Service areas, including the Front Desk and front drive to ensure proper handling of luggage
Planning and organizing guest itinerary during their stay, all while providing exceptional above and beyond service

Requirements:

Previous concierge experience
Great knowledge of the surrounding areas and local attractions
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to multitask
Computer literacy and proficiency including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to learn proprietary applications at work
Must be able to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
Must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Must have Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
