A Concierge Agent in a luxury hotel is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized assistance, expert recommendations, and discreet problem-solving. This role requires strong knowledge of local attractions, refined communication skills, and a commitment to service excellence aligned with five‑star hospitality standards.
Job Responsibility:
Warmly welcome guests and provide an elegant, professional first impression
Offer personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping, cultural activities, and local experiences
Assist with reservations (restaurants, events, tours, transportation, spa, etc.)
Coordinate guest requests promptly and discreetly while maintaining high service standards
Communicate effectively with all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Transportation, Food & Beverage, Security)
Arrange special requests such as amenities, celebrations, and VIP setups
Support Front Office operations during peak periods
Maintain excellent knowledge of local attractions, luxury retail, cultural venues, medical services, and transportation options
Stay updated on city events, new restaurants, and exclusive experiences relevant to guests
Handle inquiries regarding the hotel’s facilities, policies, and services
Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance satisfaction
Manage complaints or concerns with diplomacy, professionalism, and follow‑through
Build long‑term rapport with frequent or VIP guests
Maintain a well‑organized concierge desk and accurate logs
Handle deliveries, mail, packages, and lost‑and‑found items
Track reservations, confirmations, and guest preferences
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong local knowledge and passion for creating memorable experiences
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment
Problem-solving ability with a calm, service-oriented approach
Fluent in multiple languages (English & French essential

Familiarity with hotel software (Opera, Concierge systems) is preferred
